Bio
I sculpt everyday people in moments that feel sincere and alive. I am drawn to character, shape, and the way small gestures or movements reveal something honest about a person. My work stays minimal and approachable because I prefer clarity over complexity and warmth over drama. I enjoy shaping forms that feel familiar and human, with enough personality to bring a light, expressive feeling to each figure. Every sculpture is a small study in presence, design, and the gentle everyday stories found in the people around us.
Splendid Strangers Concept
Splendid Strangers is a series inspired by the idea that every person we pass carries a story worth noticing, an idea I first loved in the writing of G. K. Chesterton. The figures in this series are not grand or dramatic. They are ordinary people caught in simple moments that reveal warmth, personality, or a lively spark of who they are. Each sculpture aims to capture a small human truth, whether found in a gesture, a bit of movement, or the quiet focus of someone lost in their own world. The series reflects my belief that the beauty of everyday life often lives in the people we overlook and that these modest, unpolished moments can feel surprisingly splendid.
